- Uses an outdoor clothesline and indoor drying racks instead of a dryer
- Reduces 'phantom' power usage with power strips and powered down unused appliances
- Conserves outdoor water use
- Uses an organic lawn care service

Do You Have A Football-Sized Hole in Your Living Room Wall?
Of course not. But, the average house has many small leaks, which altogether, can be equivalent to a large hole in your wall. Think about all the heat that would escape through a football-sized hole. Learn more on how you can seal up those leaks here.

Why Conserve
The population of bird species are down by 70% in Massachusetts since 1967. The cause of this decline is attributed to habitat loss and climate change.
